Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through billing settings or by contacting support.
• Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
• Plan changes (upgrades or downgrades) may take effect immediately or at the start of the next billing cycle depending on your selected plan.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of our Terms of Service. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.

Refund Policy

• Fees already billed are generally non-refundable.
• Partial billing periods are not prorated unless required by law.
• Refund requests for duplicate charges or billing errors are reviewed case-by-case.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
• Used quote credits or usage-based features are non-refundable.
• Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in immediate account suspension.
